Online check-in should not be used for life-threatening emergencies.
Because our ER and urgent care staff must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your time cannot be guaranteed. We will see you as close to your designated time as possible. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible. All patients will receive a medical screening exam at the emergency room regardless of their ability to pay. This does not apply at urgent care centers.
